Community Options are an equity compensation vehicle similar to traditional stock options designed for issuing incentive stock options and non-statutory stock options.

  • Organizations can keep their Community Options private, or issue NFTs representing the interests therein!

  • Issuers have full flexibility in defining all terms of Community Options including the relevant exercise price and applicable timeframes.

  • Issuers also control the underlying rights, and can issue Community Options whereby the underlying rights of such are Community Safe interests or Community Shares.
